"David Massie, a Certified Property Manager (CPM), Regional Property Administrator (RPA)and licensed broker, has been in the real estate industry for more than 25 years. He specializes in leasing, buying, selling and property management of all types of commercial properties, including industrial, office, medical, and retail. He has worked for real estate companies such as Heitman Properties, Birtcher Properties, and Charles Dunn Company. He has been at Sunbelt Enterprises for more than six years. He oversees leasing and property management for Sunbelt’s large portfolio of commercial real estate which has a large concentration in Oxnard and Las Vegas but also has properties in Moorpark, Agoura Hills, Simi Valley, and Orange County. The portfolio consists of more than 50 buildings and 2 million square feet of industrial, office, medical and retail space. Massie completes 75 to 100 leases annually and has closed nearly 600 in his tenure with Sunbelt. He received his bachelor’s degree in Mathematics and Economics for UCSB.”
